Use our booking form to select number of guests, date of your booking and your time of arrival. You’ll receive an email confirmation of your booking, and then all you need to do is head to the stadium on the day of your reservation.

What event spaces do you have at Ibrox?
We have a variety of spaces that you can book for private events at Ibrox. Our largest space within the stadium can hold up to 160 guests. We can also accommodate smaller dinners and meetings.
Can I book Ibrox stadium for private events?
Yes we have a range of spaces available for private hire. Please visit our venue hire page or contact bookmyevent@rangers.co.uk to find out more.
Can I bring in décor for private events?
Yes you are allowed to decorate our spaces however no décor can be put on the walls in our spaces and must be tidied away prior to departure. No items can be left in the events spaces. Ibrox stadium events cannot be responsible for any items left
Can I bring my own catering for an event at Ibrox?
Our catering partner, Elior UK provide all catering for events therefore you are not permitted to bring your own catering. Guests are allowed to bring in a celebration cake however storage and service of this must be confirmed in advance.
Can I bring in cake and décor for birthdays/special occasions in the restaurant?
Yes you are allowed to bring in cake and décor however no décor can be put on the walls in the restaurant and must be tidied away prior to departure. The restaurant cannot be responsible for any items left.
When is the restaurant open?
Ibrox restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday.
Please see times below:
Wednesday to Saturday – 12pm until 10pm (last orders 8pm)
Sundays – 12pm until 6pm (last orders 4pm)

Can I purchase a voucher for the restaurant?
Yes you can purchase vouchers for the restaurant all year round here
Can I use Mygers in the restaurant?
Yes we offer a 15% discount for mygers members in the restaurant. Please note you must provide your mygers proof on arrival to receive the discount.
Can I use Mygers for events?
Unfortunately we cannot accept Mygers for venue hire and events held at the stadium.
Are the functions suites accessible for guests?
Most of our suites are accessible to guests. We have lift access in the main stand that will take you to our main suites. Reception staff on duty will be happy to assist with your guest arrival. Please inform the events team if you have accessible needs.
Do you have onsite parking?
The stadium grounds have on-site parking for restaurant and events however please read signage carefully and avid parking in designated staff parking areas, areas that are not marked as parking spaces and only park in disabled bays if you have a disabled badge.
Is it possible to have players attend my event or in the restaurant?
Unfortunately, due to various commitments, players are not able to attend individual events or within the restaurant on request.
When do you require final details for events?
Final details including, numbers, running order, dietaries and requests should be confirmed with the events team no later than 4 weeks prior.
What is the dress code for the Ibrox Restaurant and Events?
There is no specific dress code for the restaurant or events however we ask that visitors wear appropriate attire that fits with the clubs regulations. Flags are not permitted at events unless they have been pre-approved. No flags are to be present in the restaurant. If you are attending a stadium event, please check the individual event details for dress codes.
How do I pay when visiting?
Please note the stadium is cashless therefore only card payments can be accepted at the restaurant and during events.
Can I bring my own entertainment when hiring a suite for my event?
Yes. If you plan on hiring your own DJ or entertainment, please note that we require your suppliers PAT and PLI certificates in advance. All hired equipment must be removed from the premises by the end of the night.
We can alternatively arrange or suggest entertainment on your behalf. Please ask our events team for further details.
Are children allowed to the restaurant and events?
Yes, children of all ages are welcome. They must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Can you get married at Ibrox?
Yes. Weddings can take place throughout the year here at Ibrox. We have various packages from ceremony only to full day and evening receptions.
What if my event is scheduled and a match day comes on?
If you have an evening scheduled and a match day comes on we can still accommodate however your access time will be changed. The events team will liaise with you on the earliest access time. If you have décor or items to drop off we cannot hold this during match times therefore these will need to be set up/delivered when you have access
If you have a wedding booked and a match day comes on, the events team will work with you on an alternative date.
Can I have pictures taken on the pitch?
For events, where possible we can arrange a small group of guests to have pictures by the pitch however we are unable to allow full party access and no guests are allowed onto the pitch.
Can I host a funeral at Ibrox?
Celebration of life packages are available for our main stand and the events team will work with you on arranging a perfect send off for your loved ones.
